People We Meet on Vacation is an endearing story of love built on friendship. Alex and Poppy’s years of friendship is highlighted with funny escapades on their annual summer trips. The real question though is, could they be more then friends? Poppy is determined if nothing else to repair their strained relationship, but their Palm Spring’s summer vacay definitely has more in store for them.
I really enjoyed this book. I thought it would just be a light rom com but it was so much more than that. The characters were very likable and complex at the same time. The travel component was very enjoyable for me as I love to travel.
Great summer reading! I picked up this book because I really enjoyed her first book, “Beach Read”. This one is so much better. A must read!
