I would say this book was more suspenseful than a thriller. I listened to it and enjoyed the narration, but the story just didn't live up to the hype. I found it to be a solid 3, leaning towards a 3.5. I havent's read this author before, but I would read another book by Laura Dave to see if she has something just a little better.

The book was over-hyped. It was just ok for me.
Tried to read this 4x! I wanted to like it, but I just couldn't get into it.
