What Members Thought
It was a really great story. I really like this author's writing style.
And Then There Were None is definitely one of my favorite Agatha Christie books. Over the years, I have read many retellings of her story. Some were better, some were worse. This one definitely stands out as one of the better ones, as well as more interesting and surprising. Though I don't quite know what to think about the ending. In fact, I'm not entirely sure if I liked it. But it sure was surprising.

There are a lot of And Then There Were None retellings out there and this is one of the good ones. The narration style is intriguing and the twist at the end was one I didn't really see coming, though looking back there are definite hints there for careful readers. Things moved very quickly in this plot and it was one of those books that you sit down with on an afternoon and then just don't want to walk away from. Though not one that blew me completely away, it was absolutely a great binge read.

This was a good mystery. It's fair to say that it's a reimagining of Agatha Christie's "And Then There Were None." (The book figures into the story, so that's not a stretch). However, Feeney delivers her own twist at the end, perhaps with a shade too much foreshadowing - I guessed the big twist about halfway through the book. Still a fun read.
