Lemme just gather my thoughts- that ending was killer. THE FEELS!

Because I'm a total dipshit, I bought this book before I even started the One, and I didn't read the blurb or anything. So naturally when I started reading this I was like... What the fuck?
I wasn't expecting this.

Darn! I wanted to LOVE the story and characters as much as I love the cover, but I didn't. :o( I simply wasn't blown away like I thought I would be, but I did love to see Maxon and America's family and see how much Eadlyn is like her mother. LOL

So unfortunately I really did not like Eadlyn. There were spots in the middle where I warmed to her, but her selfishness, narcissism and immaturity just made her incredibly unlikable to me. I do like some of her suitors, including Kile, Henri and hopefully Erik, so maybe the next installment will be better. Definitely a downgrade.
