DNF. I should’ve stoped when Lincoln’s sister used the re****ed word unironically. Did I? Nope I decided to read a couple more chapters after that.
The use of the above word wasn’t the only thing wrong with this novel. The two women read more like teen girls than women in their late twenties. And we’re supposed to cheer for Lincoln to have a happily ever after even though he’s going absolutely no where in the book and keeps focusing on his high school girlfriend!! 3.5 stars. I liked most of this story but it just took WAY TOO LONG to get anywhere...it could have been a neat and tidy novella. I mixed up the female main characters for about the first 70ish pages and feared this was a cheaters’ love story, but thankfully that was not the case.
