The Daughter of the Pirate King must steal a map from an enemy ship, the only thing stopping her is the hot first mate.

This book feels like it was written by someone with a checklist and thought, "I know how fantasy books work," then we ended with this. Let's organize this a little better, shall we?

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers. To view it, click here. Really enjoyed the pacing for this book. Every chapter I was invested to know what was going to happen next. I loved the pirate aspect of this book and especially the siren aspect it was honestly a really great read!

Summary for me:

Alosas ship is being attacked by pirates of the Night Farer. The captain of this ships name is Draxen and he is the son of used to be commander Lord Jeskor. Alosa accepts to being held hostage by Jeskor as long as he releases her crew and gets her clothes. Draxen acc ...more

I absolutely loved the strong female presence in the book! Alosa is strong-willed, strong-headed, feisty and an absolute fighter.. I loved her in the book.

The story just ended at a cliffhanger and I don't quite know what to feel about it.. I know the Pirate King definitely has some trick up his sleeve, I just can't trust him at all..

I love Riden though.. He is really charming! ❤️ ...more

I totally get why everyone loves this book. I love the heroine, the adventure, the plot, the romance. And I just love a good pirate book. Overall it was a super fun and fast paced read!
