3.5/5. Creo que esperaba mucho más de este libro y creo que el hype de rr.ss me jugó totalmente en contra. Fuera de eso, es un libro de fantasía básica, muy bueno para empezar en este género. No vayas esperando mucho romance, porque no lo hay, es casi nulo y al principio del libro odias a Cardan (el prota) o al menos eso me pasó a mi. De todas formas, creo que tiene potencial

Honestly enjoyed that more than I thought I would.
WOW. This book was amazing, I finished it in one sitting! First book I've read by this author, and she didn't disappoint me. Perfect for fans of Cassandra Clare (funny since this book was dedicated to her) and faeries. Jude is a really relatable character and I can totally understand her choices... (view spoiler). Overall though, great read, definitely recommending!

Since I'm pretty prevalent in the YA fantasy community, I have heard so much about this book. So, a few days ago, I decided to start reading this book. I was not disappointed. I’m sorry but I don’t get the hype.
When I first got into this book, I was intrigued by the world but as I trudged along, the plot didn’t make up for it. The writing was juvenile and repetitive and I wasn’t engrossed in any of the characters. Especially Jude, who is supposed to be a “badass” character, didn’t seem to me to have to those traits. Rather she was more “power-hungry”. The characters all fade in the background so that when mentioned I can’t seem to remember who they are. But otherwise ...more

though I didn't like it at first and DNF-ed it once when I actually gave it a try and reached almost the middle of the book I started liking it.I read it in a day. I hate Locke and Taryn and Camden ........ gods...... he's .... I've no words.
