I couldn’t agree more with Tom Rath when he said in the first part of the book that the world is obsessed on flaws and imperfections and is doing its best to improve those, putting in time, effort, and money for correction—and mostly failed. I am one of the majorities who strive for the elusive perfection—a battle I am certain I’m not going to win, yet still participated on because the prize is too grand to ignore for the satisfaction of the natural vanity embedded in my humanness.

This assessment tool and the gifts that it holds is a MUST. I use results to collaborate with people and companies who complement me rather than are just like me.
For women especially, knowing your strengths gives you permission to embrace them and then go out into the world and collaborate and celebrate them, all without feeling narcissistic. More like empowered.
