Such a fantastic thriller! First time reader of Tess and will definitely read more of her books. I loved the club were retired CIA. They can get into more trouble, still have contacts and go around the law lol. Great characters!!

This was an okay quick read. The whole premise felt a little like a cheap rip off of Richard Osman’s Thursday Murder Club with less likable characters. The surprise at the end wasn’t really a shock at all. All in all there are much better Gerristen novels out there.
