"Better terrible truths than kind lies."

Wow! Just wow! Here, I was thinking it couldn't get better than Six of Crows. I mean, you wouldn't expect it to, after the flawless SoC, and boy was I wrong! This is the best sequel of all time. This is incredible. Magnificent. Phenomenal. There aren't enough words. This is the kind of book that makes you feel like there aren't enough stars to give a proper rating.

Crooked Kingdom wraps up in this final conclusion of the unlikely crew. There was so much coming against them as their enemies constantly outwitted them. But can Kaz scheme to outwit them back?

Crooked Kingdom is the second book in the Six of Crows Duology. The Crows are left in disastrous circumstances after their previous job went sour. It will require everything they have to bounce back at hopefully get the justice and retribution they demand.

Leigh Bardugo produced sequel that's intriguing, twisty and downright devious. The plot was slow, but highly unpredictable and flowy. It kept me guessing where the plot was heading. Kaz and the Crows are more ruthless, clever and cunning than e ...more

Okay, there is no way I'm going to be able to write a coherent, critical review of Crooked Kingdom. Because it was just THAT GOOD. I mean that EPIC. Easily hits my top 3 of the year. The characters are explored even more in-depth and the relationships are so sweet and tense... the plot is also mind-blowingly incredible. What I've just said is a huge understatement, so go read it!!

This book broke my heart and left a hole in my chest. I can´t get over these characters, I love them so much, I will just lie on the sofa dealing with my sorrow while I wait for Kaz to appears and take me with him.
