This was my first re-read of the year and it sure didn't disappoint.

I know I love Jude and Carden and re-reading their story and desperately waiting for their moments is just too good to describe.
This book takes me through so many turns that it was difficult to keep up. I am falling in love with a character in one chapters and hating that same character in the next. It is absolutely mind boggling.
I love this world and Holly Black's writing!!!

OK WOW I FINALLY FINISHED… this book took me forever 😭 but it was actually really good? i liked the plot and the idea of the fantasy world,, but i did not like taryn 💀 she was wicked insufferable.. as was jude in the beginning, along with vivi- but now i love vivi and jude 💪💪 OAK MY BELOVED

anyway yeah, def recommend this book, i’ll probably read the rest of the series too!!
