Slow to start, but being who I am and with the encouragement of tiktokers, I kept at it. Those last few chapters were everything. But will I continue reading? Probably not.

I was sooooo dubious when I started this as overhyped books tend to be…overhyped. 🤷🏻♀️ but no! It’s not!
This writer can WRITE. I’m in awe of the way she built this world, and my poor heart can’t take it.
Feyre is BRILLIANT, and I barely had any frustrations with her (other than wanting to go back to her dire existence, you know? Like, girl, you’re starving back there. Eat and sleep.)

This book started off slow but when it picked up pace, I started to see why so many people like it. Some parts in the book got a little repetitive and slow but overall I did like it. I'm definitely planning to read the next one.

Just reread this (yes I also read it in April). Honestly, rereading it it made so much more sense. All the little clues SJM dropped, things you looked right past the first time reading it. Way too many growls for my comfort but other than that 5/5
