I found this very interesting read. It was recommended to me by one of my graduating residents. I plan on using to master this tool seeing as I have gastrointestinal issues as well as asthma
I would definitely read this if you are also a suffering of any of the upper respiratory or digestive track issues

Fantastic pop science book about breathing. Nestor does a great job weaving history, information, and personal experiences to explore this topic. I love that he was part of trying techniques and doing studies and was able to share those experiences. He summarized everything at the end, and provided tools for people wanting to implement some of the strategies explored in the book.
