What Members Thought
This thought-provoking book is packed with vignettes about nanotechnology, robotics, AI, and the future of energy. Some reviewers have voiced disappointment that Kaku "doesn't take risks" in predicting the future. That wasn't the purpose of the book. He's not pushing his vision (Kurzweil, ahem!) but providing an overview of cutting edge science (not just physics) and what the future might look like. Some of the topics overlap, so there's a little repetition, but it's not too bad.
