This book is a sugarcoated way for white people to begin to understand that Black people are treated terribly. Really. It’s incredibly short, thankfully, because her writing is terrible and very circular. While having decent research for the content, the way she has compiled it and taken away a lot of the meat from the lessons that really need to be learned defeats the purpose.
