Six of Crows went beyond and above my expectations!
i love movies, stories, or books about heists like carmen sandiego and money heist (i cant wait for season 5 btw! ) so i think, maybe i'll like this six of crows duology.

What was this madness? My brain cannot comprehend it.
The plot, the twists, the characters. Oh my gosh this was SO MUCH better than my first read, if that’s even possible!🙀

I'm shocked. Freaking shell shocked.
The book was amazing, just like everyone told me. In short, it lived up to the hype. IT LIVED UP TO THE DAMN HYPE.
It's like the book grabbed me by my t-shirt and told me, "wooh, looks like you have a new FaVorITe"

I have a lot of mixed opinions about this book. Let's begin with some good points.
- This book is far better than the shadow and bone trilogy. This book explored more characters and their perspectives, whereas the shadow and bone only focused on Alina Starkov.
- Kaz is incredible. His dialogues are iconic. (While reading them, I was like, "Note them down! Note them down! Let's use them in the real conversations" lol)
- The final chapters are really interesting. No matter how slow a reader you are, ...more

i absolutely adored this book. as my first read of 2021 my expectations were high and i can safely say that they have been met. this book has been sat on my shelf for a while now and i have tried reading it a few times (only a chapter or so) but i just couldnt get into it at all due to so many name drops and info dumps in the first few pages . however soon my heart had been won over by dirtyhands and his gang. all of the characters were so well thought out and somehow i loved every single one. i

4.5/5. Such an amazing read i loved it so so much and the cliffhanger omg. and the plot twists omg i was literally screaming.
This is such a good book! I really enjoyed rereading it.
The diversity of the characters is amazing, and they are all so well developed. My favourite character is definitely Matthias, and I loved his development! I loved the writing style. Something was happening nearly all of the time and I never got bored.

This book was boring. I'm sorry but I just DO NOT understand it's hype. Like it was extremely slow paced, the characters were boring, their backstories were annoying and not intriguing at all. I'm actually sad I didn't like this book cuz it's so loved but I.just.dont.see.it. You're welcome to explain HOW this book is so hyped. It was so meh. Disappointment.
