Didn’t particularly care about Rex (the protagonist) despite being a 7 foot 8 inch tall dog with guns on his back. Didn’t help that the antagonist was two dimensional. The supporting characters were much more interesting and I'd come back to this series in the hope that they'll be more prominent.
The story seemed to reach a natural (typical) conclusion but somehow managed to go on for about ten more chapters. ...more
