What Members Thought
I read this not only as a business owner but as a parent who wants to improve problem solving with family. I was surprised that stories from an FBI interrogator could be so easily applied to problem solving. I feared this would only be about winning an argument but was pleased to learn that it’s more about finding solutions that benefit everyone.
One of the best books I’ve read about productive dispute resolution. Great for all audiences.

This book should be required reading for anyone that may interact with a living being. All concepts really resonated with me, but it wasn't until I actually successfully tried one methodology explained in the book that was truly a believer. Cannot recommend this enough.
