One of the most interesting books :
I liked already the idea that an fBI agent has had real stories to tell and how he handled them within his kidnapping situations.
Do not go from you’re amygdala, wich wil send fear based reactions, label them so it’s avoided.
From the source think fast and slow : Ofcourse think slow and rational wich wil be more pragmatic.
