Extremely interesting to read a book that gives so much insight about me as a person. Being empathetic, worried, over-analytical, liking downtime resonated with me. I found it particularly interesting that being an introvert is a good percentage likely because of my genes. Of course, it makes sense but I don't know anyone in my family other than my sibling that would be considered as introverted and shy as I am. Maybe they adapted to this extroverted world. ...more

Hmm...this is another of those books that could have benefitted from being about 30% shorter. Interesting in places, but not ground breaking or min blowing. If anything it felt as though it just pulled together various themes and strings of information I already knew, combining them into a single book. Probably more beneficial to those who aren't yet acquainted with behavioral psychology. ...more
