This was a good book at the middle-end.
I didn't like the part that was with the old man in the beggining. Eventually after 3h i have realised there are some good information on going for the 5 am club. Alot of bussines oriented people stand and rise in the early morning. That exercise creates bdnf factors wich is profitable for neuron and cognition. It is a long book for the title. Most of the things are dialect between an entrepreneur, artist, the spellbinder and the billionaire. Without the story, the book can be within 50-100 pages.
