Here's the thing, I reread this series every single year. Why? Not just because I absolutely love it but because it sparked my intense immersion into literature. This book changed my life. This is probably the 10th time reading The Philosopher’s Stone ,but the first reading it as an audiobook , and I’m sorry so say that I didn’t enjoy the experience too much. It’s true that this first book is my least favorite ,but the problem here was definitely the narrator. It felt so wrong to hear a story about a bunch of 11 years old told by a man of 40+. This was the first book without pictures that i read. It really got me into reading and I loved it! It's hard to review such a book that means so much to me but i just have to say to myself this is THE STORY and it's great to introduce someone to the world of books!
