Very provocative and challenging, thoughtful. I learned a lot about our country, race relations and racism. I appreciated the personal stories to illustrate his thoughts. Made me want to read his other book, “Stamped From the Beginning”.

EXCELLENT. I love how Kendi parallels the chapters with his own life and learning. I read a copy from my library, but I will be purchasing my own copy to reread and highlight and share.
