"I do know things really began to spin out of control after my first sex dream.
It all started with a dream. Nothing exceptional, just a typical fantasy about a boy, the kind of dream that most teen girls experience. But Pattyn Von Stratten is not like most teen girls. Raised in a religious—yet abusive—family, a simple dream may not be exactly a sin, but it could be the first step toward hell and eternal damnation.

This is a quick and easy read. As with the other Ellen Hopkins books I have read, this too is written in verse. Love Ellen Hopkins, definitely one of my favorite authors and this book was pretty good. Not as good as some of her other stuff that I have read. This isn't a story that I haven't heard before. obviously the characters are different and what not but the Mormon living a shit life and discovering all these amazing things that are usually not allowed like sex and boys and drinking etc.
