What Members Thought

I really liked this book. It was a fairly quick read. I found the relationship between the 2 sisters very believeable and very much like my own relationship with my older sister when we were kids.
I loved finding out more and more about uncle finn.
I felt June was very mature for her age and a good head on her shoulders.
Feel bad for her at parts too like admitting she was in love with her uncle.
The mum was an unlikable, self centered bitch.

Really I give this 3 1/2 stars. It is a good book and and easy to read book but nothing amazing. It's sad though when you realize how much time is wasted because people can't be honest with each other.

A beautifully written, richly detailed book about life, dying, friendship, family, rights, wrongs, and love.

I loved this book. The writing was fresh, the story was interesting, the viewpoint of a 14 yr old girl was spot on and the time period brought back a lot of memories. I can't wait for this author to write a new story.
