Positive A Memoir by Paige Rawl Positive: A Memoir by Paige Rawl
Paige Rawl has been HIV positive since birth…but growing up, she never felt like her illness defined her. It never prevented her from entering beauty pageants or playing soccer or making the honor role.

Krista the Krazy Kataloguer (kristathekrazykataloguer) | 18 comments Saturday is for Funerals by Unity Dow (Botswana): https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/7... or her book Far and Beyon': https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1....
Also, Allan Stratton's Chandra's Secrets:

All three are novels that explain why AIDS is still so prevalent in Africa today.

Emma Johnson (emmyjohnson) | 2 comments Two Boys Kissing by David Levithan is narrated by ghosts of the LGBTQ community, many of which suffered from AIDS, it's a brilliant and insightful read.

Goodreads shows no U.S. edition for Playing With Fire by Henning Mankell. Foolish American publishers!
