This is definitely NOT an easy book to get through if you really meditate on it and go through the daily exercises. That being said, I think this is a really important book. It is eye-opening and has completely changed the way I think. Until we face white supremacy and own up to it, we can't move forward in a positive direction and make changes for the better.
