I absolutely loved this book! I read this back in 2014 and it was one of the reasons I became obsessed with reading! This was one of the first books that I felt like I could open and go to a different world! Ugh to be able to read it again for the first time to have all of those feels again! Tris and Four are everything! I recommend this series to anyone and everyone!

What. In. The. World. Took. Me. So. Long?

I can't believe I let this sit on my bookshelf for so long without reading it!

I've already confessed to being a weirdo who likes to watch the movie first before I read the book (because reading the book first always makes you disappointed in the movie and reading the book after makes you like the story that much more since the book is always better), but holy cow was this book phenomenal! It is a lot similar to the movie, but of course it is better! I love how the author combine the action, the friendship and, of course, the romance in this book.

This was such a good book! I read it so fast. People seem to have a problem with it being "similar to every other distopian book" but I disagree. One, I don't think it WAS like every other dytopian novel. It was very original. But even if it was... what is really the problem with that? Dystopian novels are good... why can't there be lots of them?
The best thing about this book was how unpredictable it was. I'm so sick of predictable books. Even the Hunger Games was a lot more predictable.
