[close] bell hooks is an incredible Black feminist/womanist and thinker and has done wonders to revolutionize the way we think about relationships and love. I'm hoping this book will be a great lead into a conversation about relationships (healthy and unhealthy) and how as we move into a "new tomorrow" we can bring in radical love in ALL relationships. HopeWorks is a local gender and sexual violence prevention and intervention agency, and bell hooks writing are instrumental in our understanding of healthy relationships and love. I am excited to expand our conversations around revolutionizing love.
