“I'm not sure anyone knows what they're looking for until they find it.”
This book was pretty good except for one thing. Eadlyn. I know, she's the main character and all, that I should like her but I don't and it's as simple as that.
Otherwise, the book is great, the suitors are (for most of them) absolutely amazing and I did cry at some point :)

Okay. So, I didn't necessarily adore this book.
The Heir is, well, okay. Certainly not as good as Maxon and America's story, but still interesting. Now, the main character of the series, Eadlyn? Not my favorite. She's . . . stubborn, to say the least. And sometimes she can act like a complete brat.
But it's her personality. And honestly, it's completely fine. Yes, there was not much of character development; yes, sometimes I wanted to punch her in the face; yes, sometimes all of the relationships ...more

I don't really have much to say about this book. I feel like Keira Cass should've just stopped writing the Selection series after The One.

solid 3 stars. the protagonist is ANNOYING AS HELL, but the other characters are kinda fun.
