Ugh. I didn't like this book. I skimmed 2/3 of it...and it still didn't get better. I GET how the author had had a bad experience. You could make the argument that she had several. However, it seems like her actions following the traumatic experience of the first couple of chapters undercut all the love that her family, especially her mother and husband, were trying to show her.
