If you can get past the extreme narcissism of the author, and this is by no means an easy feat, the writing is good. But she is an idiot, which she freely admits, but the absurdity of much of this book will leave you perpetually rolling your eyes. It really should have been titled "I was going to...... but I didn't." She was going to learn how to READ A COMPASS! before she left-whoops, that didn't happen.
