What Members Thought
When I started the book, I loved the writing style, the prose. It was rich writing which I loved. As the book goes on, (and it goes o for a long time) I came to like it a little less. I think it could have bee 50-100 pages less and a much shorter list of characters. At various points, I lost track of who was who. That said, I did enjoy the book.
Lots of interesting characters. Some sections are very long but some keep you captive.
