I was sorry to see this series end, and I have to say to pick a favourite would be hard but this is in the top 3 out of all the books. Vaughn Spencer had me wrapped around his finger. His moodiness, his arrogance and his bad boy ways were like a spell that I was under. I doubt I'd put up with that in real life, I can guarantee I wouldn't to be honest but as a book boyfriend? Bring it on.

Sigh where to start......sigh If you know me then you would know LJ Shen is one of my absolute favorite author and I'm obsessed with all her work. As such....this is why writing my review is so hard for me because I felt so let down with her latest creation. Personally I believed Angry God could have been better, the book seem rushed and the plot wasn't overly compelling and I couldn't connect with the main characters. Horrible characters, but the writing was okay, and the audiobook did my head in. The female narrator was clearly American trying to be British and failing on every 'a' vowel sound. 'Lass' never rhymes with 'arse'. Also, the author is clearly not British either because there is quite a difference in meaning between "We were just taking a piss" and "We were just taking the piss."
