What Members Thought
This book series is touted as similar to a Penny Reid series. And when it comes to extremely smart women, that is true. Other than that, it's lacking a bit in the cute, funny, and quirky character aspect. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed it a bit, but it was a little long and a little slow. I'm still trying to decide if I want to continue with the series.

I selected this to read based on its cover, and it started out well, but at times I wondered if I was still reading the same book. The characters seemed to have swift personality changes and some elements - the computer science and the fate of Melody's previous boyfriend, for example - were so glossed over I had to wonder whether they were relevant to the plot. But it was an okay read. I may continue with the series.
