Brittainy Cherry once again hits it out of the park! So worth the extra wait! You will love Jackson and Gracelyn Mae. Two beautiful people just trying to find themselves. “Extraordinary” writing! Emotional. Romantic. Tearful. Beautiful ending. I just can’t really say much more other than you will not be disappointed. You will take away from this love story a powerful message of hope. “Handclaps”!!!!

I wanted to reach inside the pages of this book to kick ass all over the place.

People in this town of Chester, GA were so horrible to Grace and Jackson. I understand why Jackson stayed, but not why Grace willingly went back.

My feelings were pulled in so many directions that I'm having a hard time getting my thoughts in order. I write my reviews on the fly, so if I start or continue to ramble just bare with me.

This is my first Brittainy Cherry book, and I couldn't put it down. It's so well written and real - the dialogue is snappy and genuine, and the characters are fully fleshed out. Young Jackson broke my heart, Gracelyn's mother is a real piece of work, and the claustrophobia of a small town and its gossips comes across perfectly. I only have two gripes: the blurb hints that Grace wants her husband back, but that is never the case, and those ribs on the cover just look odd to me. If I'd just judged ...more

heartbreaking & healing ❤️‍🩹

I cannot express enough how much I loved this book! Emery and Grace were as far apart as two people could be from how they grew up to how they live their lives as adults. The author sure knows how to rip your heart out and put it back together again. The audio is a must listen because the narrators did an amazing job!

Simply a beautifully broken story but also of finding yourself and discovering every aspect of what makes you whole. I wholeheartedly loved the characters Jackson was such a handsome shattered soul I didn’t think I would fall for him or his beautiful heart but he made it simple to just fall. The only thing missing was a complete HEA in my eyes I really wanted Grace to finally get what she didn’t with her ex husband and I wanted it to be with Jackson.
