Even though I loved the Shatter Me series, I delayed reading Furthermore because it is more middle school. I've tried reading this genre in the past, but they could never keep my attention. I think I was mostly worried about not liking one of Tahereh's books, but I should have known to trust her skill because I absolutely adored this book.
