I salute the undying spirit of humanity, the Mariams' , the Lailas' and the radiance of a thousand splendid suns. I read this book, again, after years and all I have is a bow for Khaled Hosseini. Any rating I give to this book will only be an insult to his work. Read it and you will thank your stars, however, bad they are, for the rest of your lives.
