I liked the stories and the notes by different people too. The best part was that unlike other biographies where you might have few pages of photos here we had photos on almost each page and I wasn't averse to remembering her time with stars along with her.
This was a fun read and I liked it good enough and I would definitely recommend what with the style of photos on each page. Then so long.
People who don't read generally ask me my reasons for reading. Simply put I just love reading and so to that end I have made it my motto to just Keep on Reading. I love to read everything except for Self Help books but even those once in a while. I read almost all the genre but YA, Fantasy, Biographies are the most. My favorite series is of course Harry Potter but then there are many more books that I just adore. I have bookcases filled with books which are waiting to be read so can't stay and spend more time in this review, so remember I loved reading this and love reading more, you should also read what you love and then just Keep on Reading....more

Well so of course I had to get the book when I saw this so I got it and I read it. It was a nice read and unlike others I didn't feel that the book was written poorly but it was written nicely enough. Like the recent autobiographies from Indian cricketers this one is also on the leaner end with only about 260 pages. As you all my might have noticed already I now tend to shuffle between multiple books and also what with being busy with photography it took me a little longer to finish than it should have.
Coming to the book the tone of the book I agree is preachy with Dada directly talking to young cricketers and normal chums like me or you "Life Lessons" as he liked to call them. As I said that lot of things came together to make it so that I have seen most of the matches or least kept track of them and it was easy as just like it to bring back the memories of the matches or innings mentioned in the book.
So in the end don't let the positive reviews sway you nor let the negative reviews scare you away from this book, give it a chance and see for yourself if you like this life story or not, in any case read this or not just remember to Keep on Reading. ...more
I got this comic for free on Android App Raj Comics which has many more free comics as well as you can buy digital comics for cheap. This first part oI got this comic for free on Android App Raj Comics which has many more free comics as well as you can buy digital comics for cheap. This first part of the story starts with Parmanu and Dhruv disoriented and alone. Soon they discover that they are alone in the entire world. They decide to find out the reason. And soon they are attacked by few alien creatures and then two intelligent aliens whom they beat with their mind and power. I have a feeling that this series is going to be wonderful.
I have always loved comics, and I hope that I will always love them. Even though I grew up reading local Indian comics like Raj Comics or Diamond Comics or even Manoj Comics now's the time to catch up on the international and classic comics and Graphic novels. I am on my quest to read as many comics I can. So you also give a chance to comics and Graphic Novels and always remember to just Keep on Reading ....more

I listened to the Audio-book through audible and it was a great performance. It took a small time to finish as during the weekends I read few other things and watched some videos and slept a lot. Coming back to the book it is based around fandom and as I read it during San Diego Comic Con it added a new dimension to the story what with the Marvel and other panel introducing cast and other details. The show here is a fictional one is the sea of fictional shows called 'Starfield' and he con dedicated to it called ExcelsiCon.
As it's a retelling of Cinderella it follows few familiar tropes but that's what keeps it interesting too. Both the narrators did a good job of bringing the book to life. I don't listen to too many audiobooks but rather Text-to-Speech for my e-Books but since Audible is officially in India and I have got many books from them and hope to continue the membership for a long time. So yeah give this cute book a chance and in any case remember to just Keep on Reading....more

The story moves between different viewpoints and short chapters really push the pace and story forward in a breezing manner.
The Fourth Monkey is supposed to the next character from Gandhiji's 3 Monkeys which tells us 'Do No Evil' and this twisted serial killer abducts people and as per ode to first monkey and it's message 'Hear No Evil' he sends an ear then 'See No Evil' follows as the eye balls, third message 'Speak No Evil' gets you the tongue and the last message result in the dead body being discovered. Nobody knows the first thing about the killer. But then a person commits suicide in front of a city bus and everything found on him confirms that he was the 4MK killer and police finds a diary on the dead body which then runs forward as a perspective too.
The story with police was okay but frustrating as they can't seem to get anywhere but the diary was wonderful. It was a nice little thriller which you would also enjoy if you are a fan of the genre. I loved the pace of the story and also the fact that nothing was clear for a very long time and even when you come to know few things many things still remain clouded.
So if you are looking for a thriller and even if you are not then just pick this beauty and then just Keep on Reading....more

At least they are trying something new but the more the thing change the more they stay same. In the end let's go with easy way out 3.5 stars.
This is the sequel to the original Sadhu, i say original because after this book they rebooted the series which I would be reading soon. The story picks up after some time where the last book ended and opens in the sea of humanity that is Kumbh Mela. James "The Sadhu" finds and fights some mysterious silent tattooed freaks, who speak telepathically and after that he learns that his son Jack is alive and thus begins his quest to find and save his son.
The graphics were world class but the story was just so so, originally it was published in individual issues so the story takes a detour in some strange place every few pages. But I would still applaud the team for trying something new and at the same time I would you to read it yourself and form your own ideas about how you like it. So without further adieu go ahead and pick this graphic novel but before that the first one and then just Keep on Reading . ...more
