Wow, what a start, I have the trilogy and I loved the first part immensely. Shiva start as an immigrant leader who raises to become the hope of millions. Fight scenes are aplenty and I could imagine the war scenes due to the steady diet of Hollywood movies focusing on the past. Shiva's rise to a hero and then doubting himself is captured beautifully and then there is the cliff hanger ending of the book. I liked the plot of the story.quite imaginative..Shiva as a fictional character..Its a fast paced read..keeps your interest throughout..liked the concept of somras,the mix of history(indus valley civilization)and mythology..The cover of the book is very impressive..the fight sequences though could be described in a better way..Overall the book is quite good as a debut novel...

for me it was written for movie not be published ,weak writing, big length , facts were not correct even repeated so many times ,for me book was not up to the mark.but a well new concept praises for that
