Det Valerie Crowther is sent to investigate the murder of a student at the University for the Deaf in London England. There is an outbreak of a deadly flu while she is there which causes them to be quarantined. Soon more students are murdered. Looks like a serial killer is among them. Than Det Valerie becomes a target and her life is in danger A highly suspenseful read. Silent fear is a great Murder/ mystery/ thriller. I highly recommend to everyone who enjoys a great thriller.
