This instalment of the series has been my least favourite, I was actually quite disappointed after the complete awe I was left with having finished the previous book, A Storm of Swords.

That being said A Feast for Crows is by no means terrible and is still a good read, but just doesn't live up to the glorious heights of the former books. I think my main gripe was the lack of my favourite characters, Jon Snow, Tyrion, and Daenaerys. I'm eager to being A Dance with Dragons to catch up with their st ...more

Shelves: part-of-box-set, owned, george-rr-martin

Well like most I also liked this book but not as much as the other parts of this saga. It went a little bit slower for me and also it co-incided with my reading slump where in I would only read couple of chapters here and there. And with other books too it would be left behind that's why it took me more than a month to finish this book.

Most of all I liked Cersie's part most, rest were good too but still it mostly couldn't hold me and compel me to read that one more chapter. Though honestly that ...more

I got to this book in the series during my second semester of University. Needless to say, that didn't leave me much time for reading so this book took a LONG time to get through. It was still good and I look forward to continuing the series. Although good, this book wasn't as great as the others. I greatly look forward to reading about Tyrion, Jon, and Daenerys again. ...more
