I am always excited to put my mind to work with a good ol' Agatha Christie novel, and I have decided to start Poirot's series from the top, although I have read a lot of books from the series.

The Mysterious Affair at Styles starts off a bit slow, and I have seen quite a resemblance with Sherlock Holmes, how it started by Hastings describing himself to have been in war and I have seen some similarities between him and John Watson.

My first Agatha Christie book. I was going into it expecting one thing and got something completely different. I loved this book. I will be reading more of her books very soon. I highly recommend this book.
