Half-Blood reminded me of Vampire Academy. To be honest almost the whole book was copied from it. The main character had run away from the school. Right away she is brought back to school. She needs to prove herself and train with a hot instructor who eventually falls in love with her. This book was not original at all. And since Vampire Academy ROCKED my world, I would say this book was not as fun. Maybe if I had not read Vampire Academy before, I would have given it a four star. Until the seco

My Apologies.. I read this a good long while ago and forgot to rate. God,I'm so brain scattered.
Yeah well.. This book is awesome, recommended by an amazing friend. I thought at first it was gonna be vampire-academy-replica but it wasn't. It is a bit similar to VA but not much. I love Alex and the forbidden romance with the smoking hot Aiden and when they kissed I was like, FINALLY, about time!!( well actually Alex kissed him)Yeah this book had me going along just eager to know what would happen. ...more

Not a new favorite, but still good. Still the Daimons (I cannot stop calling them day-mons!!!!) being allergic or whatever to titanium was EXACTLY like the whole obsidian thing in the that series.
