Dear Tahereh Mafi,
You. Are. A. Literary. Goddess!
After all the hell Veronica Roth's Allegiant put me through, I was kind of like a first-time horse rider. I fell off the YA horse, so to speak, and was hesitant about finishing any major YA series ever again.
I wanted Ignite Me to deliver - to blow the other two books in the series out of the water and finish with a bang. And boy, did it ever!!
A note to all the ladies: you might want to permanently bookmark the end of Chapter 55 ...more

mild spoilers ahead, read at your own risk.
I grieve nothing. I take everything.
It's over. It's done. No more Warner. No more Juliette. No more Kenji. No more James. NO MORE WARNER
I LOVE WARNER
so much.
This book was simply everything a final installment was supposed to be. I'm appalled by the amount of emotions a trilogy can carry and this one is certainly one of the best ones out there.

I dread having to end a series. But reading Ignite Me waved a great finale to one of my most loved series. It wasn't so long ago that I felt Juliette’s depression, fear, and loneliness in that dark room; the moment that I was Team Adam until I read Destroy Me that I understood Warner, and rooted for him all the way. To Unravel Me, which was very heartbreaking yet intense, and at the edge thinking who Juliette really wants to be with, then comes Fracture Me that gave way for my hope for Warner. A

I… can’t.
I am sooooooooooooo done. Well, even if I wasn’t, the series is done anyway. But hell, this book gave me conflicting feelings until the end. On the one hand, like what I wrote in my review of Fracture Me, I still don’t like this jerk ass version of Adam. I’ve said this a million times and I’ll say it again, this would have been one of those very few books wherein I love both guys in a triangle. So much so that, even if I actually favor one over the other, I love the other guy enough tha ...more

"Because the more I discover about him, the fewer excuses I have to push him away. He's unraveling before me, becoming something entirely different; terrifying me in a way I never could've expected.
And all I can think is not now."
Have you ever experienced having your heart shred into pieces? Well, I certainly did while reading this one. Tahereh Mafi's final installment of the Shatter Me Series is definitely a must-read. It will literally leave you begging for more.

So I was solidly Team Adam until about chapter 8, and then.....
WARNER!!!!!
And then Adam got annoying and awful, and he had to go. Our Juliette deserves better. Juliette developed so well! She's not whiny, and she can take care of herself. Kenji! I love Kenji so so much. Some of his lines made me want to marry him just so I could listen to him crack jokes for hours
Juliette "I'm going to kill you"
Kenji "Don't talk sexy to me, J"

REREAD:
No words can describe how much I love this series and this book in particular. I am reminded, just how powerful Tahereh Mafi's storytelling is, I felt the passion and felt the power of her word choice throughout this whole book, even though I knew exactly how it was going to end. Still one of my favorite books of all time. And I'm really looking forward to her continuation in Restore Me. I hope it's as good as this book was!!! <3 <3 <3

There are just too many feeling involved in this book! As I was nearing the end I kept thinking 'If you Veronica Roth me Tahereh Mafi I'm going to be so very upset!' But I'm good! I'm a little breathless but I'm good! :D So I went back over the book to write you a little snippet of my favorite passages but sadly all of them are super spoilery. So I'll just tell you that this was fantastic! I loved it! And I am upset that this is the last one! Thanks Tahereh Mafi! It's been a fabulous ride! :D

This is indeed a worthy final installment! I think this is the best book in the trilogy. Great work, miss Tahereh!
