Since I have seen the film Inkheart and read the first book, I wasn't really sure what to expect from the sequel. I loved how everyone ended up going into the inkworld and exploring what originally was what Fengolio created but now had evolved into something that not even him could completeley control. Although I did miss the pressence of Elinor, who remains behind with Darius, the book is full of new characters. You also get to learn more about Dustfinger and the way Fengolio created this world ...more
