Okay so technically I haven't finished it. I'm on page 150 of 288 so I'm half way through - and I don't think I can get further. I don't usually skip books but I have to...
I GET that people enjoyed it but it's not for me. It's like a Wattpad book, like the dialogue, the phrases(??? Who talks like that???), The relationships, the idk attitudes??? It's just a bit over the top I guess. Plus Isis (our main girl) makes no sense. At. All.
Anyways, had to review it because I HAVE to put it down. I want ...more

For some reason, the compliment coming from Wren means a lot more to me than the dozens of stares and wolf whistles.

Penelope Douglas did not lie, the banter between these two in this book is insane! I felt like I was listening to a conversation, rather than reading a chapter. The way the characters talk is so organic, not forced or hard to imagine in real life. This book also did not fall into the cliches I expected. As soon as I read about Kayla liking Jack, I thought there would be a falling out between the two girls as they both competed for his love. Not the case. Also, this book was not very romantic or
