im not sure why many people seem to hate this book but i love it sooooooo much. the hating game is the epitome of a good romcom. it’s one of the first few booktok books i fell in love with and it will always have a special place in my heart.

Loved the Book, Loved the Movie
So I have to say it.... The book was far better than the movies and I loved the movie first.
So much hate, emotions, banter, so much love
WOW this book was awesome it had everything that you would want in a Rom-Com
You fall in love with the characters as they take you on their journey, from both POV
You def get wrapped up in the book and you don't want to go back to reality bc it is that good

Another 5 stars and I don’t give them lightly!
I loved the chemistry between Josh and Lucy. I really felt like I was on that journey with them. Such a light and easy read. That I laughed from start to finish just little cheesy scenes which I loved because they were so believable.
The hating game is like that voice in your head that tells you how to behave and keeps you competitive, both Lucy and Josh had that little voice and I really heard it.

I genuinely enjoyed this book! It was funny, charming and had all the great elements of a chick lit book that I personally enjoy!
One thing I especially enjoyed, which I did not really focus on except for when I read another review complaining about it, is how focused this story is on Lucy and Josh!
