Started with an interesting premise, life in factions. Will not insert any spoilers here.
Knowing that this is the first book in a trilogy; I hope that the next books will explain the last 100 pages of the book and take this story not to the usual formulaic good against evil type predictable drama, but uncover something original in plot line.

Dystopian often compared to the Hunger Games and I can see why but it is still original. You can compare the "factions" to the "districts" but I like the concept of trying to overcome mind control. The characters in Divergent have to overcome their own mind, own family, and their own friends, very interesting.
