This subject of hell seems to bring up a mentality of us against them. I think that might be one reason why it is not taught. I did not read Rob Bell's book Love Wins, but from what I have heard on interviews with him, I felt that is where he was coming from in writing this book. That love Wins because there is no hell. I read this because its written by Francis Chan and NOT because it is essentially a rebuttal to a book by Rob Bell. Truly, I had never heard of Rob Bell or his book.

That being said, this book would have been better if it had solely been a study-style book on Hell. I get the need to point out that Bells' teaching is false...but having a whole book that revolves around THAT idea seems a bit redundant. Erasing hell

Really enjoyed the book picked up a few new things and a lot that really made me think. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to learn more about hell.
